Snack Time

Keep hunger at bay with easy-to-pack, healthy snacks that kids love and moms trust for quick energy boosts during practice or games. Here are some great ideas:

- Fruit slices (apples, oranges, or bananas)

- Granola bars (nut-free options for allergies)

- Cheese sticks or cubes

- Mini sandwiches (ham, turkey, or veggie)

- Yogurt cups or tubes

- Trail mix (dried fruit, seeds, and nut-free options)

- Popcorn (lightly salted or flavored)

- Veggie sticks (carrots, cucumbers, or bell peppers) with dip

- Rice cakes with peanut butter or almond butter

- Energy balls (homemade or store-bought)

Stay Hydrated

It's important to stay hydrated!

You need durable water bottles that keep drinks cold for hours, perfect for those long afternoons spent running on the field or cheering from the sidelines.

As you can imagine, I have used just about every type of water bottle out there in the past 17 years on the field. Nothing is worse than warm water on hot days under the sun.

The bottles will be left behind and taken by other teammates on accident so be sure to save the links for when it is inevitably time to replace them lol

Here are my top favorite water bottles:
